Nithya Kochuparampil is a certified (200hrs YTT) practitioner from Samyak Yoga, Mysore. She began her practice in 2015, got certified in 2021 and has been deepening her understanding of the effects of yoga on the body and mind.
She uses yoga as a daily tool in stabilizing stress hormones, fixing interrupted sleeping patterns and releasing tension carried in the body.
Through her classes, she hopes to demonstrate that ease of being is possible in modern life - and totally worth it.
